In-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made to order jewelry will take 5-6 weeks to be crafted and shipped. We will provide tracking info as soon as your order is ready.
Yes. Special sizing is considered custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional charge if we have to add metal.
Sometimes, we can make a gold version of a sterling silver piece but we cannot make a sterling silver version of a fine piece. Please contact us at help@hernanherdez.com with the desired piece and material so we can quote accordingly.
Yes, we make engagement rings as part of our bespoke services. You can start your bespoke process here.
Yes, we can gift wrap your order at an additional cost. Please select the Gift Wrap option at checkout.
You can text us from Monday to Friday from 9am-4pm AST to (347) 672-6272. We do not offer customer service over calls since we have to maintain a record of all communications. We do offer customer service over text message or email.
Order pick ups are only available for Puerto Rico. We do not have pick up available in NYC.
We currently do not have a physical store. However, we do have stockists in different countries where you can try in person. You can find our stockists list here.
We offer worldwide shipping.
Customs fees, duties or taxes are NOT calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country to receive the package. You can read about international duties, taxes and fees here.
