When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Made to order jewelry will take 5-6 weeks to be crafted and shipped. We will provide tracking info as soon as your order is ready.

Can you make a special size?

Yes. Special sizing is considered custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional charge if we have to add metal.

 Can you make a piece in a different material?

Sometimes, we can make a gold version of a sterling silver piece but we cannot make a sterling silver version of a fine piece. Please contact us at help@hernanherdez.com with the desired piece and material so we can quote accordingly.

Can you make me an engagement ring?

Yes, we make engagement rings as part of our bespoke services. You can start your bespoke process here.

 Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes, we can gift wrap your order at an additional cost. Please select the Gift Wrap option at checkout.

 Can I pick up my order in NYC?

Order pick ups are only available for Puerto Rico. We do not have pick up available in NYC.

 Where can I find your jewelry to try IRL?

We currently do not have a physical store. However, we do have stockists in different countries where you can try in person. You can find our stockists list here.

 Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping.

All duties and taxes are covered by us, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

 Can you expedite my order?

If you need to expedite any order, please reach out to help@hernanherdez.com to start the process. Expedited shipping will incur an additional cost.
