International Orders

Customer is responsible for paying any fees
required to receive the package,
including customs, duties and taxes.
Returned packages due to unpaid
customs fees, duties or taxes
will be automatically refunded
and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Made to order pieces are considered final sale.
Make sure to measure your finger correctly
before proceeding with purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return your piece but a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Orders bought on sale are final.
No return or exchanges will apply on sale items.

Returns without the restocking fee
will only apply if the piece is damaged
or does not fits properly as shown in pictures.

Returns must be placed within
15 days after arrival
to receive a full refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply
when a piece is returned
without prior notification via email.
We can refuse the right to refund if
the jewelry doesn’t meet our return criteria.

Plating discolorations due to
usage are not considered damage.

After we receive your return, 
please allow 3-4 days while
we carefully inspect it and process refund.

All returns must include original packaging.
A 10% fee will apply if packaging
is not included with return.

After that, we cannot cancel it since
we’re probably already working on it.

If the chain is broken due to a soldering issue,
we will cover repair and shipping.
