which means we first have to
make it and then ship it. Please allow

we'll follow up with tracking number.

Signature upon delivery
is not required, therefore
we are not responsible
for any lost or stolen package
after package appear as Delivered.

International Orders

Customer is responsible for paying any local fees
required to receive the package,
including customs, duties and taxes. 
Returned packages due to unpaid customs fees
will be automatically refunded
and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Please keep this in consideration before making a purchase.
Returns will only apply if the piece is damaged
or does not fits properly as shown in picture.

Returns must be placed 10 days after arrival for a refund.

A 10% restocking fee will apply
when a piece is returned
without prior notification.

Earrings /

If an earring didn’t fit you like shown in picture,
you can return them for a refund.
Shipping is non-refundable.

Rings /

We encourage you to buy a ring sizer or go to a jewelry store
and have your fingers properly measured before purchasing.
However, if the ring doesn't fit you properly
we have some options for you:

You can return the ring and we'll issue a refund.
Shipping is non-refundable
and restocking fee of 10% will apply.

You can send it back and we'll resize it for you.
Resizings have a cost of $40 + Shipping.

Bracelets /

If the bracelet didn't fit you properly
we can resize it for you.
Resizings have a cost of $30 + shipping.
Please send the bracelet back to us
with your order number and exact length
or number of links you want removed.
Alternatively, you can take the bracelet
to a local jeweler and usually they can do it at the moment.

Please email
with order number and a picture
of the faulty piece prior to any
exchange or return.

Customer is responsible
for return shipping cost both ways.

We're not responsible
for any lost package
during the return process.
Insurance is highly recommended.

All rings are US standard size.

If you don't know your ring size, we recommend
buying a ring sizer in order to get the correct size.

Buying the ring sizer is more affordable than returning or resizing your ring.
Also, you can have it for life and know your finger size for future purchases.

Alternatively, you can go to a jewelry store and get your fingers measured.

Online DIY methods are inaccurate, therefore, we don't recommend relying on them.

bought directly through

If you bought your jewelry through another retailer,
please contact them directly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
repair requests for items purchased
from other retailers.


Broken chains/

Please send a picture of the broken chain
so we can evaluate your case.
If the chain is broken due to a soldering issue,
we will cover repair and shipping. 
If the chain is broken due to an accident,
please write to us so we can quote you accordingly.


Missing stones/

We can replace your stone
depending on availability.
Please write us an email
so we can quote accordingly.


Oxidized jewelry/

Due to the nature of the metals,
your jewelry will eventually oxidize
if left unused for a long time.
It’s a normal process.
You can purchase a polishing cloth 
and your jewelry will come back to life.
Do not use any liquid solution. 



The plating durability will depend
on each wearer usage and body sweat.
Some bodies are more prone to sweat
than others, in that case,
the plating will come off faster. 

For your plating to last longer,
do not expose your jewelry directly
to any water activity or exercising.
